RETURNS POLICY
RETURNS


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of products cannot be returned. Cosmetic products, hair products, hair oil, false eyelash products.

Other items that cannot be returned:

* Gift cards

To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is given: (if applicable)

* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has certain parts missing for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your claim.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if any)

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable or exchangeable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace an item only if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, please send us an e-mail.

Gifts

If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal in value to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift-giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift-giver and they will know that you have returned the item.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than $45, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.

1.All returns must first be approved by our customer service team, you need request online. Returned items without approve will not be accepted.

2. All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.

3.Items returned within 30 days since your original order receipt is eligible for a refund. For full refund requests, items must be returned in its original state (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packagin. Please make sure the hair is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut. For partial refund requests, contact customer service first, and send the items back after confirmation. Once  the returned item is received and inspected with label No Problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account.

Please note that free gifts should be returned together with the main products. After the return request is agreed, the package can be shipped back to the address given by the customer service. Please kindly send email with your order number and returned shipping number  after package’s shipped out. Sublime virgin hair undertake all the return shipping fee from the US. For the other  countries, taxes & shipping fee generated from returning will be paid by the buyer, the final refund amount will be the order price misused our receiving cost like tax and processing fee, etc.

4. For Aftificial reason cause the items damaged, cannot be returned or exchanged, eg: cut the lace, hair has been washed/dyed/bleached…

5. You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the return.
